Prodigy Development Group started with a single work truck, a handful of tools, and a commitment to doing things right. Our founder grew up watching his father renovate homes on weekends, learning that quality craftsmanship isn't just about skill — it's about showing up, communicating honestly, and taking pride in the finished product.
Over the years, that philosophy turned a one-man operation into a full-service remodeling company with a team of licensed tradespeople, project managers, and cleaning professionals. Today we've completed over 100 projects across Metro Denver and Northern Colorado — from quick handyman fixes to whole-home transformations.
